Inside Oak Harbour

Oak Harbour, located in Juno Beach Florida is a gated community governed by a Master Association Board of Directors appointed from each of the 8 sub associations. The Master Association oversees the common elements which includes, Security Gate, clubhouse with large deck, billiard room, workout room and large gathering hall, pool with hot tub, salt water pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and lush landscaped common area. The Master Association quarterly assessment provides live or virtual security 24/7, landscaping and tree trimming, irrigation, cable, internet as well as water to the Condos and Townhomes in Oak Harbor.

Please be sure to read the documents for the Master Association as well as the sub association where you are purchasing. When provisions in the Master Association and the Sub Association governing documents and rules and regulations are different the Master Association governing documents and Rules and Regulations supersede the all sub associations.

Each Sub Assocations is managed by an elected board of directors for their Condo or HOA and sends a representative to the Master Association Board of Directors.

Condo I is a community comprised of three building at 100, 200 and 300 Oak Harbour Drive and has a mix of multi story Condo units and town homes. Code: Oak Harbour Condominium 1 Association.

Condo II is a multi story building of Condo units overlooking the Intercostal and units are in the 500 Oak Harbor address. Code: Oak Harbour Condominium ll Association.

Condo IV is a multi story building overlooking the intercostal at 800 Oak Harbour Drive. Code: Oak Harbour Condominium ll Association. Code: Code: Oak Harbour Condominium IV Association.

Condo III is a multi story building overlooking the intercostal at 900 Oak Harbour Drive. Code: Oak Harbour Condominium lll Association.

Coral Cove is an HOA community comprised of 6 buildings and 26 town homes are in the 400 Coral Cove address range. it also includes landscaped common area around the town homes. Code: Coral Cove at Oak Harbour
The Marina is a Condo Association that manages the 78 dock slips owned by both resident and non resident owners in the Oak Harbour Community. Code: Oak Harbour Marina Association

Grand Bay is an HOA community of traditional single family homes located within Oak Harbor on Grand Bay Circle.
Courtyard Cay is an HOA community of 9 large Courtyard homes overlooking the intercostal and units are in the 600 Oak Harbour address range
